A new residential and commercial development in Tottenham Hale, London.

Complete electrical installation including, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, data communications, and IT systems for a new build in Tottenham Hale. This stunning building required bespoke electrical design and installation.

It involved completing the wiring for 183 apartments across two adjoining buildings of 12 and 18 stories. On top of the apartments, FBS Electrical had to design and install all electrical and IT data communications for retail units, commercial offices, and a triple-height reception area.
