About this Project
Above ground, the development will comprise nine floors formed in reinforced concrete with a heavily-articulated handset stone and aluminium façade. Basement level one will house car parking space, while basement level two will include the main plant area and amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, cinema room, private dining areas and kitchens. Some of the apartments will have private gardens, and there will also be an enclosed courtyard with a children’s play area and mature trees.
